We have partnered with artisans, manufactures and fulfillment services in the United States, Mexico, Asia and Europe. Your orders will be printed, made and fulfilled from the these locations.
It takes approx.5 - 14 days or more to and dispatch your orders.
Pre-order items take longer time to be arrived , approx. 3-6 weeks. You will receive updates and tracking number by emails.
Estimated lead time (manufacture time) and delivery time of any back order / pre-order item will be notified by email. Once a back order / Pre-order is confirmed, can't be canceled and refunded.
Once the order is being fulfilled, we cannot guarantee it could be canceled.
Once the shipment is confirmed, tracking information will be sent to you by email. It is the buyer's responsibility to keep track and arrange a safe place for delivery. If no one would be there (delivery address) to receive the package, please contact the carrier to reschedule delivery or pickup at their ground offices.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we have no control over how shipping carriers deliver their packages.
If your package is lost, please contact us within 24 hours, so we will try our best to assist you with filing a claim or helping to locate your package.
For stolen packages, please contact your local police for help.
